UPDATES
5/5/2024 Faculty Recital
As always, we will kick off our Summer Festival with a Faculty recital. This recital will take place Sunday, June 2nd from 3 to 5 pm in the Lakeside Auditorium at the Tempe Center for the Arts.
Prior to the Faculty Recital, student registration will take place from 1:30 to 2:45 pm in the Upstairs Lounge at the Tempe Center for the Arts.
4/12/2024 Volunteer your services
API is looking for volunteers to help with our Summer Festival. Volunteers will assist our students during the day, helping them to get to their classes and workshops. Not only do you get to hang out with our cool piano students, you also have the benefit of sitting in on the workshops and master classes and learn a thing or two from our fabulous faculty. What could be more fun than that?

3/15/24 Waitlist now open
Currently, all spots at the festival are booked. However, you can still register as usual and be placed on the waitlist. Should any spots open up due to cancellations, you may still be able to participate. Register for the waitlist before April 15 to avoid paying the higher late registration fee. Should no spots open up, then your registration fee will of course be refunded.
Keep an eye on our website. Any spots that open up, will be announced here.
2/29/2024 Happy Leap Day!
The great thing is that you don’t have to wait four years to register for our Summer Festival. What better day than today to leap at the opportunity and sign up for one of the handful of spots we have left.
2/23/2024 Going once… going twice…
Fewer than 10 spots left for the 2024 Summer Festival! Make sure to sign up soon if you are interested in participating.
2/16/2024 Pssst… there are still spots available!
There are still spots available for our 2024 Summer Festival. However, don’t wait too long to sign up, because they are going fast (also, after April 15th, you will have to pay the late registration fee).
2/14/2024 Happy Valentine’s Day!
And a reminder that you have one more day to use our early registration rate. After tomorrow, our regular registration rate applies.
2/3/2024 What happened to January?!?
We know! Time flies when you’re practicing those études and preludes. The first registrations for our Summer Festival are in, but there are still plenty of seats available. So don’t hesitate and join us! You still have twelve days to take advantage of our early registration rate!
1/15/2024 Registration is now open!
