Summer Festival 2024 Registration
Registration for the Summer Festival is a three-step process:
- Registration Form
- Release Forms
- Payment
Please note that the registration form, the release forms, and payment are all due at the time of registration. This also applies if we are fully booked and you want to register to be placed on the waitlist (should no spots open up, your registration fee will of course be refunded).
The Registration Form below is to be filled out for each student who will be participating in the Summer Festival. After filling in all fields, verify that all entered information is correct and then click the SUBMIT button to upload your registration information. Make sure you have also filled out and submitted all three required Release Forms. After submitting the registration form and the release forms, click the PROCEED TO PAYMENT button to pay the tuition fee.
A student cannot participate in the festival unless all required information (completed registration form including YouTube video links, release forms and payment) has been received by the Arizona Piano Institute. It is important to note that partially completing the registration process does not guarantee a spot at the festival. For instance, if you decide to pay now but do not submit the registration or release forms yet, you run the risk of losing your spot, should others provide all information that is requested and all the spots are taken.
If your teacher or parent is interested in attending Summer Festival 2024 as an auditor or as a volunteer, please indicate this in the last question on the form.

After submitting your Registration Form, click the PROCEED TO PAYMENT button below to pay the tuition fee. When providing the payment details, in Step 2, Additional Information, please specify the name of the student. This will help us track payments.
