The Registration Form and process has several parts: student and teacher information, housing, repertoire, Concerto Competition application, uploading of YouTube videos, signing of legal documents, and payment of fees. Please be sure to complete each part as applicable. All fields with asterisks are required. Any inaccurate or incomplete applications, such as selecting the incorrect registration rate or submitting erroneous information, may be subject to a late fee or processing charge.

Begin by clicking the “Register Here” button below, which will allow you to first place any applicable fees in your cart—such as the Summer Festival Registration Fee, Concerto Competition Registration Fee, Collaborative Pianist Fee, Auditor Fee, and/or the Late Registration Fee. You will then be directed to the Registration Form. Upon completing it, you may check out from your cart to pay all fees and thereby submit your application. For families with multiple registrants, please follow this process for each student (place applicable fees in your cart one individual at a time, which will prompt you to fill out a Registration Form for each student). Applications will not be submitted until all fees are paid. Changes can only be made before submitting your application.

If you choose to submit your application via snail mail, download and complete the Registration Form along with the required signed documents. Tuition and fees

Please observe the following deadlines and costs carefully: 

  • Summer Festival Early Registration, by April 1, 2019: $375/$350 family rate

  • Summer Festival Regular Registration, by May 1, 2019: $450/$425 family rate

  • Concerto Competition Registration, by May 1, 2019: $30 (nonrefundable)

  • Optional Collaborative Pianist Fee: $100 (nonrefundable)

  • Auditor Passes, online or onsite: $30/day or $100/week (nonrefundable)

Family rates are for multiple enrollees per household. Students’ teachers and volunteers receive free auditor passes for any day. All deadlines are via postmark or online registration.

Registration is open until May 1, 2019 or when the 36-student capacity is reached. If applications exceed this number, 36 applicants will be selected to participate, and the remaining pool will be alternates.

NOTE: Rates do not include room, board, or travel expenses. Registration after May 1, 2019 will incur a $25 late fee. To be eligible for a refund, minus a $75 processing charge, students must withdraw by May 1, 2019.
